Origin Story

Starting in 2015, our founder Jack Miller was appraising multi-family complexes in Los Angeles. “I always knew that I wanted to get into the investment side of real estate but I was nervous to make the move. I had a great job but I knew it wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t performing at my best. Appraisals were not my Highest and Best Use”.

Then in early 2023 the appraisal industry halted, and it was time for a change. “I knew that it was time to act. It was such an obvious sign and I couldn’t get away from the idea. It’s time to start my real estate investment company.”

From there, we studied, invested and created Head West Investors, a family run company. We are currently based in Los Angeles with investments made and fantastic representation in all 50 states. We have helped hundreds of people finally be able to take a breath and feel relief in their real estate situation.
